How long will my order take to process?

Orders placed through our website normally ship same or next business day. In rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience stockouts, which can cause a longer delay in an order.

How much is shipping?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

My package is lost - what should I do?

Will my orders be forwarded if I move?

If you have moved or plan to move, please ensure that you update your shipping address in your account or contact us at trevor.g3v@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the shipping address before your order is shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that it will be forwarded to your new address.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes. Please make sure to provide the correct PO box address when placing your order to ensure smooth delivery.
